Bu Kanunun amac\u0131 i\u015fverenler ile bir i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine dayanarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131na ili\u015fkin hak ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektir. Bu Kanun, 4 \u00fcnc\u00fc Maddedeki istisnalar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015fyerlerine, bu i\u015fyerlerinin i\u015fverenleri ile i\u015fveren vekillerine ve i\u015f\u00e7ilerine faaliyet konular\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n uygulan\u0131r. \u0130\u015fyerleri, i\u015fverenler, i\u015fveren vekilleri ve i\u015f\u00e7iler, 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddedeki bildirim g\u00fcn\u00fcne bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n bu Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ile ba\u011fl\u0131 olurlar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tT\u00fcm Kanun Metni i\u00e7in T\u0131klay\u0131n\u0131z <\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu Kanunu<\/h4>\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t

Bu Kanun ile istihdam\u0131n korunmas\u0131na, geli\u015ftirilmesine, yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve i\u015fsizli\u011fin \u00f6nlenmesi faaliyetlerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak ve i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 hizmetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu kurulmu\u015ftur. Genel b\u00fct\u00e7eye dahil dairelerle katma b\u00fct\u00e7eli idarelerde, bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 d\u00f6ner sermayeli kurulu\u015flarda, kanunla kurulan fonlarda, \u00f6zel kanunla veya \u00f6zel kanunla verilmi\u015f yetkiye dayan\u0131larak kurulan kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda, kefalet sand\u0131klar\u0131nda, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda, genel ve katma b\u00fct\u00e7elerin transfer tertiplerinden yard\u0131m alan kurulu\u015flarda, kamu iktisadi te\u015febb\u00fcsleri ve bunlar\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131klar\u0131nda, il \u00f6zel idareleri ve belediyelerle bunlar\u0131n kurduklar\u0131 birlik ve m\u00fcesseselerde ve di\u011fer kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda ayl\u0131k ve \u00fccret alan ve i\u015f\u00e7i stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan memur, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel, ge\u00e7ici personel ve di\u011fer kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin istihdam\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bu Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uygulanmaz.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tT\u00fcm Kanun Metni i\u00e7in T\u0131klay\u0131n\u0131z <\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu<\/h4>\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t

\u0130\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131; i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kurallar\u0131 ve uygulama esaslar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemek ve bu Kanunda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen hizmetlerin verilmesini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. (De\u011fi\u015fik ikinci f\u0131kra: 17\/4\/2008-5754\/90 md.) Bu Kanun, 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 Kanununun 4 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (a) bendi ile ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda olanlardan bir hizmet akdine dayal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131lar\u0131, 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna g\u00f6re k\u0131smi s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 52 nci maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6deyen iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 sigortal\u0131lar ile ayn\u0131 Kanunun ek 6 nc\u0131 maddesi kapsam\u0131ndaki sigortal\u0131lar\u0131 ve 506 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar Kanununun ge\u00e7ici 20 nci maddesinde a\u00e7\u0131klanan sand\u0131klara tabi sigortal\u0131lar\u0131 kapsar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tT\u00fcm Kanun Metni i\u00e7in T\u0131klay\u0131n\u0131z <\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

Mesleki E\u011fitim Kanunu<\/h4>\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t

Bu Kanunun amac\u0131; \u00e7\u0131rak, kalfa ve ustalar\u0131n e\u011fitimi ile okullarda, y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda ve i\u015fletmelerde yap\u0131lacak mesleki e\u011fitime ili\u015fkin esaslar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektir. Bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin amac\u0131, \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesine ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektir.
